I have created a plugin for Zotero that simplifies management of Bibtex files. See LyZ: LyX plugin for Zotero.
It works quite smoothly on Windows and Linux.

Vlastně jsme tu opravdu sami samotincí. Na lodích kolem nás nikdo nebydlí. V noci je krásné ticho, nezastaví-li tady zrovna výletní džunka s karaoke party.  Naštěstí kolem deváté desáté většinou odtáhnou. Počítám, že na moři rušení nočního klidu neplatí.
