It’s been on Firefox Addons for a while, but it’s still waiting for review, which apparently takes time. Should’ve thought of that. In the meantime, you can download it here.
Thanks Justin. Sorry ya’ll about that. I am quite busy lately and thus sloppy 😉 Correcting this as 2.0.2. And the link is indeed as you say… again, was typing faster than I was thinking…
Petr,
We all appreciate your great work! I just tried again — seems to be 2.0.2, but I still get a compatability error with both ff 3.6.15 and the new 3.6.16…
Hi,
it’s my priority, but no time to execute. I’ve actually tried it already, but still needs some work. Be patient. At least until when they go beta. It seems to work, but alpha means „for testing only“ 😉
Most certainly. I’m actually using FF only for zotero myself. It actually sort of works in standalone, but needs some tweaking. It’s high on my list, there’s only a bit of a problem with time complexity of my current thesis writing engagement. Also I’m hoping that they bump it at least to beta soon… I will find some time to look at it again soon.
My Zotero database has some items that are works in progress. Instead of year, the date field contains „under review“ or „in press“. LyZ always complains about those. Is that really necessary? Bibtex figures out how to treat this according to my citation style.
Is Lyz 2.0.1 available yet?

Petr,
1. the URL seems to be broken. Should be http://klubko.net/stuff/lyz.xpi it seems?
2. I get an incompatible with ff 3.6.15 error…

Thanks Justin. I’ve used wrong FF version. I’ve uploaded new file (here only), that should work.
Still get the incompatibility error, Petr. (Firefox 3.6.16)
Oh boy, please try the new one. Hope that’s the last.
Thanks heaps, Petr — works fine with ff 4.0 on my Win7 box, but still won’t install with ff 3.6.16 on my Mac. Could be something Mac related then…
Must be indeed Mac problem. Installs fine on Win7 FF 3.6.16. Only if there was more time to investigate… sorry.
Hello Petr,
because i am curious and i am Zotero standalone now: Did you already think about an integration of LyZ into Zotero Standalone yet?

it also says it is incompatible with linux FF 3.6.16
I honestly don’t know what’s going on. Try this. The minVersion is 3.6.*, maxVersion is 4.0.*, exactly according to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/pages/appversions/. It should work.

Good point. I’m surprised it did not come up earlier. I will correct it in few days. Thanks a lot.
